Take a look at this picture. Ask yourself, what do
you see when you look into a mirror? How do you see yourself?
When I look into a mirror, I see that image of
myself... Many people go through life with little or no belief in themselves.
Ask yourself this, how would you feel
inside if you felt more confident about yourself? Would you stand striaghter up? Would your head be raise so you wouldn't
be looking down?
Think back in your life where you wanted to make a change but just lacked the confidence in yourself
to follow through with it.
If you want to make a change in your life whether it be a weight reduction program, an exercise
program, a career change, etc, Always have faith in yourself as well as have patience with yourself.
